We've almost arrived. The River Run is only days away, and I've completed my final workouts leading up to the race. It's been awesome to see my running redevelop in my life, and I'm hoping that it's here to stay.

I've enjoyed sharing this journey with you guys who have been faithfully reading, and with those of you guys just "popping in" for a visit.

The blog will be complete with a River Run post this weekend. Thanks for hanging around, and I'll see you again if new inspiration arrives...

I know. Life's not fair when Jason does one run all week, eats an entire Idaho Nacho (pictured) and Jason's Deli baked potato over the weekend...and still loses two pounds. It's good to be a guy.
