6:21 a.m. - "It's getting kind of late..." (zzz)
6:30 a.m. - "There is no WAY I'm getting up and running today!"

Good job! You made it happen. Keep up the good work. I am trying to get in better shape again as well, but I am doing more of the YMCA thing.
