Day 34 of The Bible in One Year: I started Job today. Not sure I'm ready to have my life thrown into the harsh perspective that Job offers whenever I read it, but it's next!Day 36 of My Pop-Free Existence: Smoothies...these are good. I need to ridiscover them this weekend. I'm a staple guy, so I'll toss a banana and some natural plain yogurt in every one, combined with either fresh strawberries, blueberries, or even mandarin oranges. Vanilla protein powder tops it off, and some flax oil for Omega-3s. 10 minutes, start to finish. What am I waiting for?
