I'm tired...I worked late...I'm clumsy today...I ate a lousy lunch, resulting in heartburn at run time...I'm sore...(too sore)...my iPod's headphone wires are tangled...my towel has entangled with them as well...I tripped over my power brick at home...I have no clean headband, and am left to mop off sweat with one overworked wristband...I'm not losing any weight yet, resulting in discouragement...I have someplace to be right after my run and I'm falling behind, causing me to get there late...my tooth fell out again today!...did I mention being tired and sore?...And yet...
Thursday's workout: 3.11 mi. run
...it still got done.
Way to go. I'm so proud of you for sticking with it.
